Our cold pressing
process.

At The Coconut Tree we use a cold pressing process to capture every ounce of nutritional benefit from the coconuts we harvest. The majority of products on the market today using coconut oil bypass this option in favour of mass production machines that use heat to speed up the process, while damaging the molecular structure of the oil.
